| Summary of Project Results | • The project was to conduct a pilot study for beverage cartons recycling by using reverse vending machines (RVMs), mobile apps, geographic information system (GIS) and an intelligent collection network. • Through the installation of 25 RVMs in local communities, the project raised the awareness of local citizens in recycling of beverage cartons and encourage active participation in recycling. |
