To facilitate the grantees to record their daily operation appropriately and efficiently so as to fulfil the requirements of quantity audit for their projects funded under the Recycling Fund, the Secretariat of the Recycling Fund and Environmental Protection Department publishes the “Recycling Fund – Good Practice Guide for Record Management” which provides guidelines, together with templates and samples, in retaining and managing the records involved in the recycling operation.
