| Project Targets |
The applicant proposed a 54-month enhanced project to address the issues encountered during current HoHoSkip implementation in Urban areas, with new elements listed below: 1. New business model will be introduced to include fee charging plan to enhance the resources allocation and balance the service need. 2. The self-recycling service network will be expanded to enlarge the service coverage. Smart skip 2.0, with smaller skip size and IoT features, will also be introduced to allow greater flexibility, especially in those blackspots with illegal C&D waste disposal. 3. Service user target will be extended to small and medium enterprises and C&D recyclers will be added as one of the downstream processors to enlarge the outlet. 4.
