Summary of Project Results HKQAA established and implemented a registration scheme for the food waste recycling industry and food waste generators to standardize food waste recycling operations. The project mainly focused on the followings:
• Development of food waste recycling registration scheme
• Auditors were trained up and qualified for the food waste registration scheme
• Promotion activities such as promotional seminars, distribution of stickers, posters and newsletter and a booth at Food Expo in 2017
• A presentation ceremony was organized
