Briefing on the Recycling Fund – Site’s Requirements The briefing on the “Recycling Fund – Site’s Requirements” was held at Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) (Unit 201, 2/F, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, North Point) on 16 July 2016, introducing to some key stakeholders of the recycling trade and some potential grantees the basic information on land planning and application details of changing land use. The briefing was conducted in Cantonese by Dr Owen Yue (HKIP).
